Having started out as a cheese shop in Seattle’s historic University District in 1972, The Wedge quickly became Seattle’ premiere destination gourmet cheese shop. We take great pride in having grown with our community and after 30 years have now become Seattle’s finest full service catering, still specializing in our signature dish, The Wedge Premiere Cheese Platter.
Michael Magee, owner and executive chef of The Wedge has been creating and designing menus for over 20 years. Having graduated California Culinary Academy in 1985 at the top of his class, he has since relocated to Seattle in 1990 and has become an integral part of the Seattle catering community.
In March of 2004 The Wedge Catering and Baci Catering merged as sister companies in pursuit of fantastic food, amazing presentation and excellent customer service.
